Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All magazines are custom made and produced individually based on the content submitted by the customer.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before production begins. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once production has started, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled because the products are personalized.

Estimated Delivery Times

We work with professional print and fulfillment partners, including Gelato, to produce and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Estimated delivery times after production:

Western Europe

Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days

Countries may include:
Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Luxembourg

Eastern Europe

Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days

Countries may include:
Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Baltic countries

United Kingdom

Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days

United States and Canada

Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days

Australia and New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 10 to 20 business days

Rest of World

Estimated delivery: 10 to 25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by authorities outside the sender’s country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at [your email address].

We will work with the shipping provider and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and help find a suitable solution.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged package and product
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
