Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

At Rose Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our products are custom-made magazines created for private individuals, often for family members, friends, or special occasions.

Exception for Personalized Products

Our magazines are individually customized according to the customer's own content, preferences, and specifications. Because of this, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products.

Under Norwegian law (angrerettloven §22 (e)), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

This means that once an order is placed, it generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded - as production begins based on your personal content.

You will be asked to confirm this before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or contains a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include: your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the damage or defect.

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement product, a partial refund, or a full refund in cases of significant defects.

Refunds

Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
